Worked great at first
This heater was installed about 13 months ago (1 month out of warranty…weird) and when it was first installed it worked great. Heater would give off good heat and when the contactor would open up (shut off) the fan would run for 30-60 seconds and shut off too. Now for some reason the fan will run for hours even after the contactor is off, thus blowing cold air around the garage and wasting electricity. I've sent an email to GHP because after further research it sounds like this is normal for this model to be a lemon.

Buyer beware!
Would have been nice if the company disclosed the fact the fan never shuts off! It is enough to drive you mental having to shut the breaker off to turn the unit off. Never would have bought this knowing that. Called the manufacturer and they say it is fixed on newer models but Walmart is obviously selling old outdated stock!

Bad unit
I installed this model two weeks ago. It worked fine the first two weeks, now the fan wont stop running. You have to shut off the breaker to stop it.
