The SportRack SR5512 Jetty Saddle Horizontal Kayak Carrier makes transporting your kayak easy and convenient. This kayak carrier is hassle free and works on most roof racks, including Sport Rack Roof Rack Systems, square, round and most factory racks with a maximum 3.5-inch diameter. The carrier attaches with four 4-inch U-bolts to ensure fast installation and removal. The carrier conforms to different hull shapes, thanks to its custom-designed saddles. This SportRack Jetty Saddle features integrated rubber pads that provide maximum protection for your kayak hull. Once the kayak is in place on the saddle, easily secure it with the two included heavy-duty straps with cam buckles and rope with galvanized steel bumper hooks that will anchor the bow and stern of the kayak to your vehicle. The SportRack SR5512 Jetty Saddle Horizontal Kayak Carrier comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

Works as designed
No wind noise at highway speed when not carrying. I had no issues carrying a Perception Pescador 12 on highway at 70mph, even with buffeting winds when travelling behind or between trucks. Always use tie downs and do not overload your racks' limit.
