Best Puerto Rican Cookbook Ever Written

Basically the English written (same author) version of the original Cocina Criolla, the Puerto Rican “Bible” of traditional cooking that was originally written in the 1950’s and still in use by Puerto Ricans today. Format written makes it VERY easy to follow, but for those of you that need to see pictures of the dishes, there are none, although you could just use Google to see how it’s supposed to look like. This book has all the essential everyday dishes, the holiday and special event specific ones, desserts, snacks, and traditional non alcohol
