as soon as i took it out of yhe box i get an error s1 battery not functioning notification that wont stop no matter how many times i try to reset it. have not even been able to test to see if it works and when you call customer support no one is there to answer!

Not charging

I bought this as a replacement for one I had to send out to get repaired and was stolen from my mail room when it came back. I wanted to give Eufy another chance. I got it today and product came defective out of the box. It's giving me a battery error. I can't even get help from customer service because they are not available on Sunday. Thank goodness I didn't gift this for Christmas. Go with another brand. I was not able to connect the app on my phone to my device because the vac was screaming there was a battery error. I can't say anything on suction because it's not charging.
