First of all I appreciated the timely response from Walmart. I received my hooded hair dryer... opened the box and began putt it together, I noted the height adjusting know was broken. And scratches on the enclosure... And a defective screw.. they replace the hold unit I was a happy camper....in addition, the Ovente Professional ionic 3 speed 1000 watts hooded hair dryer works great....I would definitely recommend this hooded hair dryer...

Good dryer

I used this for the first time last Saturday and I love how it makes my hair silky soft and shiny when wet set. I'm a Black woman with relaxed and bleached hair, needing a hair dryer like some beauty parlors. At the highest temp, it dries fast and cools by itself during and before timer ends. I bought extra warranty in case it stops working. But satisfied for now. I'd recommend.
