I use this bra for the smaller breast forms I have. I remove the pads inside through the small slit and then insert my breast forms. So natural looking and very comfortable for me. The most pleasing way to wear my breast forms. You probably never intended it for that use but now that you know go get yourselves added sales.

Purchased a couple of these after breast cancer surgery and they were the most comfortable bras I've ever purchased. Time to purchase more - I literally worse those out. Besides the comfort, the next best part for me is that my outer clothing does not “stick” to the bra material. In addition, because it is one solid smooth piece, it doesn't cut in and show “extra” weight.
