It's a Keeper

I do enjoy cooking. After many years of use and non-dishwasher cleaning, and finally decided to replace all my pots and pans. This is one of the last pans added to my Tramontina cookware set. This is the only cast iron, enamel coated piece in the Tramontina set. I have used this Dutch oven several times and am able to report that it is a high-quality Dutch oven. I previously had Lodge and LeChef red coated cast iron dutch ovens with enamel interiors and will say that the enamel interior of the LeChef and Lodge pans are not as scratch resistant or durable as the Tramontina. This Dutch oven is a keeper.

Well made and useful product with a very nice color.

Nice size and great color...Fairly easy to clean up after use....I didn't like having to treat the edge of the pot and the lid to prevent rusting...I feel these should come pretreated....The price was reasonable and the product should last for many years...The only disadvantage is that the product is rather heavy when it is full of food..I would recommend the product to others who like cast iron cookware.

Not worth it

Cheap and impossible to clean. I had 2 cuisinart ones like this before and they lasted at least 5 years before the enamel started wearing off and food sticking. This one lasted 3 uses. Now I need to buy another cuisinart.
