I was reading some of the reviews after I had purchased this phone but I didn't have any issues. Got the exact phone I orderd and came in 5 days. The phone itself is an excellent phone. said it was pre owned but when I opened the box it looks brand new. Very happy with my purchase. My service is through Straight Talk that Walmart has. No issues getting it activated just switched over the sim card and the phone automatically downloaded the service provider info and reset. took about 5 minutes. My old phone a Samsung $80 special is no comparison to this S22 . The price was just under $300 and was hlad to pay it. I had an S22 Ultra when it first came out but the price hurt alot at $1300. Back to the S22 and extremely happy. will definitely refer others to buy. Thanks again!!

I gad to buy a replaced phone for my son's destroyed old phone. I didn't want to spend a fortune and didn't want to add to some ridiculous contract. i found this phone that meets all the tech my kid wanted or needing at a price i was willing to pay. It had to be unlocked in case he wanted to go to a different provider later. This Samsung was as described. The only bad thing was ghe charger they sent with phone only had half the charge capability that the phone needed. The charger was way under powered. I had to buy a updated more powerful charger for it. i also got him a cordless charger. The seller should include the proper wattage charger for the phone. Otherwise my kid likes the refurbished unlocked phone.

The presentation of the phone was decidedly "used" (box, packaging, film over screen), but the phone itself seems fine. It's not damaged and so far seems like a new phone. I've always used phones in this series, so i like the way it looks and functions. It was a smooth transition.
