These shells are AMAZING!!

These puff pastry shells are AWESOME!! They arrived carefully packaged, with only with only 3 of 96 cracked a little. They are really light, crispy and will hold up well with the chocolate mousse that I will pipe into them. Oh I wish I had known about these years ago instead of trying to make my own mini shells!

I order these every November for Thanksgiving to make my oyster patties. There are so many patty shells that I can use half for Thanksgiving and the other half for Christmas. I have not been disappointed in the years I have ordered these. Being a home baker, I can tell you they are well worth purchasing because I couldn't make them for what they cost (time and ingredients). I will be buying them as long as they are available.

These pastry shells met my expectations and I was happy to have found them. My order did get delayed three days past due date (maybe a USPS issue), but only three shells were slightly broken. They were well packaged.. I would definitely order again!
