Glad we ordered them!

We actually have a safety cover and shouldn't need water bags, but because of rain and a drainage problem, we often end up with a large amount of dirt and mud at the bottom of the pool when we open it. We bought these bags to lay across the edge of the cover On the offending side. We wont know if our solution worked until we open the pool in the spring, but the bags are good quality, filled nicely, closed tightly and are holding up well so far.

Swimming pool cover hold down water tubes

I have bought many pool cover tubes over the last 30 years and these were typical. they normally don't last more than a year or two regardless of brand or ply rating. Over the winter, freezing weather usually causes one or more of the bags to leak. Unfortunately, one of the dual tubes leaked when I installed them the first time from vendor, but the second tube stayed full of water, so didn't change it or ask for replacement.
