they run small because I wear a 6 and a half.. these are a 7 and almost to small.. I was afraid they'd be to big but they're not and Walmart doesn't have a size guide so I went with " they run true to size " that was listed.. but these are very comfortable.. I love them.. I'm glad I purchased these flip flops.. but I would recommend sizing up
