Changed my life

I saw Tory on Dr. Oz, watched her segment, she so sounded like me. Ordered the book, lost 11 pounds over the Christmas holiday, and I see where this book will work for me. She ate all the same foods I loved, so giving them up actually worked for me. If you are ready to change, willing to try, and commit to the shift you will lose weight. So as a 52 years old retired chef who hates exercise and still lost 11 pounds the first week, you can too. Now I know I may not continue to lose as much as quickly, but one thing for sure I will lose weight if I continue to commit to The Shift.
