I haven't been as excited about an electronic item as I have been about this picture frame in a long time. At first, I thought mehhh, it is the same as I have had before, where you have to have all your pictures on the same SD card to insert and then it will just rotate through them. But this one is so different! I love that it is app controlled. I downloaded the Frameo app and sent some pictures, but then I called my daughter who is about half an hour away and ask her to download the app (I gave her the code to my frame) and she was able to send pictures that came immediately! I was so excited! My husband just downloaded it and has been sending some pictures as well. I love the fact that it is like a new picture frame every day. Pictures show up that almost seem like gifts sent to make my day a little brighter. I think this is a fabulous idea and definitely going to be on our gift giving ideas list. I'm pretty sure my mother in law will be getting one for mothers day and we want all the grandkids to download the app to be able to send her pictures sporadically. It is so easy to set up and the app is so user friendly. The only downside with the frame is that you really can't see a clear picture from all sides. If you are looking straight on, it is as clear as day. But if standing or looking from the side, the picture is somewhat muted. Still not enough reason to lower my 5 star rating. So in love with this!

I had already owned the larger 10" version and loved it so I purchased two of the smaller 7" versions for the bedrooms. The WiFi upload part is the feature I love the most. I seem to take a lot of photos of events with my kids but like everyone else, very stressed for extra down time to fuss with transferring images to an SD card to add to a photo frame. This is a time saver and a half. Whenever and where ever I'm at, it just takes a few momemts to upload the most recent important pictures to the photo frame. It has a much more intuitive touch screen interface then one would imagine and and has nighttime mode schedules so its not on at night if you prefer. The Frameo App works well. It even allows your family and friends to upload to your frames once you generate a secure code for them. The only drawback I feel is having to limit what the important focus of each individual photo. This sometimes will cut out parts I wanted displayed in the overall photo. It says it does this to be able to adjust to a horizontal or vertical placement of the frame. Not a breaking point by any means just the one drawback. Haven't had any security issues with the software and frame firmware. I picked up my two smaller 7" frames on a very good sale so hands down, no other frame comes close with these features in this price range.
