Use sparingly for hair growth
I have used this product on and off for the last six months, I would use a teaspoon in my morning coffee for 1 to 2 days per week. The hair growth was not immediately noticable, but after three months, my hair has been more full and also my greys have lessened.

Excellent!
The quality of this ingredient is by far the purest made! I got this because I saw pattered baldness happening to my hair.. It has be about 3 weeks and I'm seeing regrow already, along with me having a diet that facilitate hair grow. I am glad about finding this and will continue to buy this!!
