Received and empty box

I received an empty box. Was instructed by Walmart.com to leave the box with the store and they would submit the claim. Walmart.com and the vendor did not communicate. The vendor would not accept the return. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Extremely disappointed with the vendor and Walmart.com. Shipping an empty box and then not accepting the return because I received the box is totally unacceptable. Will not do business with this vendor again.
