Poor design

2 of the 5 Victorian Towel Rings I bought fell apart in less than 2 months & had to be replaced due to poor design where the ring joins the mount. It looks like the ring goes thru a hole in the mount, but no - it is only held in place by a plastic insert in the mount.

Towel Ring comes off bracket

I recently had my whole bathroom redone and purchased all delta products that match, the victorian towel ring is terrible, it worked for about a week and then the ring falls off, I have to keep the ring off because every time you reach for the towel it would fall off and I was afraid it would crack the new tile floor, so basically my towel is hanging on the hook, very poor design, and very disappointed.

Ring Falls Off

ordered the Victorian set of accessories and like the look. However, the ring falls off constantly. You have replaced it, but it continues to fall off. This is a very poorly designed item and is certainly not the quality I expect from Delta. I don't want Delta to replace again, because it will continue to fall due to the poor design. The Victorian style is lovely, but this piece is simply an inferior product.
