Cadence 71" TV Stand in Oak

Looks great!

First, the stand is gorgeous. It was a little shorter than I anticipated, but it works out and looks great in my space. It's a pretty unique design. It was relatively easy to put together; it took me about two and half hours. Upon putting it together, I realized that it was missing the handles. Upon discovering this, I contacted Walmart to find a resolution. Walmart did not communicate back with me. I contacted them a second time and they said I'd get an update within 48 hours - still nothing. Then I contacted the seller directly but they said I needed to work with Walmart for a resolution. I called Walmart and was not offered any good, convenient options. The worst of the solution options I received was to just "go out and buy new handles, handles are like $7." What kind of solution or customer service is this?? It has genuinely tainted my experience. As I type this review, I still have no handles and I am waiting for Walmart to get back to me within 48 hours with a possible resolution.
