We use this practically everyday on the constantly traveled traffic patterns throughout our living room and small family room. We also use it everyday on the throw carpets in the kitchen that lay on our laminate wood floor. It has also proven to be quite good on the laminate flooring and vinyl floors in a couple of bathrooms. After conditioning the battery (discharging it completely the first few times and then charging the battery completely) we are getting about 20-25 min. of run time. This does not replace a corded vacuum. However, we are impressed every time we run it with the amount of dirt in the dust cup from just doing the high traffic patterns and all the wood laminate and viny flooring. It also does an excellent job picking up kitty litter. We also really like to use it on the upholstery with the supplied upholstery tool at least a few times every week. I believe that vacuuming upholstery is a chore that is often neglected in a majority of households (including mine). We have found that vacuuming the upholstery, especially on turbo, is a great way to discharge the battery completely in order to continue 'conditioning' the battery as well as remove dust and pet dander from the upholstery. As of 1/29/22, we have owned this vacuum for a little over 3 weeks. The reason for the 4 star rating is that it will never replace a corded vacuum. But, for wood and/or vinyly flooring together with 'spot' vacuuming carpeting, we think it is excellent! (I did not receive any remuneration, monetary or otherwise, to write this review)
