Tension with no tension.
All the years I've been ordering from Walmart, this is the first time I've been highly disappointed! The description said tension rod which is what I wanted. There was no spring tension whatsoever in it. Nothing but 3 pieces of pipes with brackets. Sorry, would not recommend it to anyone.
