Only half way fixed problem

I purchased this pack of 2 variable valve timing solenoids after calling and talking with customer service and being assured they were direct replacements for the 3 in my 2007 Avalon. I even asked them to check and verify they were not identical as I knew the connections had to be different for the front and back. Customer service assured me they were different and would fit my car. Turns out they were identical and only fit the back bank. I called customer service and they did credit me for half my expense.
