This was my second attempt at getting these slippers. I ordered these in a size 7/8 and when my first order arrived. I was sent a size LG, 8.5-9. I reordered them again in a size 7/8 and they came today but I they are still the wrong size! I don't understand why my order can't be filled correctly! I will be returning this size LG, 8.5-9 also. I won't try to order them a third time! I wasn't able to give this a no star rating or I would have.

Would have given 5 stars but I'm really frustrated

Ordered 7 pairs: 2 Medium and 4 large and 1 small 6-7. Received 4 large and 2 small. So I ordered 7 total, Received 6 of 7: 3 of 4 large, Zero of 2 Medium, and 2 of 1 small. I'm very frustrated with the mis-ships, or I would have given 5 stars. Quality of the slippers is definitely 5 Stars! I just don't have the time or patience for returns/exchanges. I'm shipping most to family out of state. Again, VERY NICE SLIPPERS!!

Very comfortable shoes! I bought this pair in hopes that it would keep my feet warm and it did just that. I like the sturdy sole. I didn't give it a 5 only because it is a little narrow in the toe area and after a few hours of wear the toes feel a little numb. That's just my opinion someone else may not experience this.
