The quality and craftsmanship was absolutely superb. My cat loved the patting on the inside that he could lay on and even when I felt it it was soft and comfortable. My only complaint which is very minor is that I wish it was a little taller so that my cat could stand up while walking around in it. But he just laid down the whole time which was fine. He is 6 months old and weighs 10 pounds and it worked perfectly fine for him.
