I ordered this on a pre Black Friday sale and was told Dec 3 was the delivery date. What a great surprise when they texted me that it would be here today Nov 27. WOW!!! It wasn’t too hard to assemble. It’s so comfortable and the massage function feels amazing. I haven’t really used the heat setting yet just a quick check to make sure it works. I sat down to try it out and within 10 minutes I fell asleep for almost 2 hours. I am very happy with this recliner. Also, it came in two separate boxes (arrived together), was packaged really well. The driver from FedEx was great. He was very helpful moving the boxes, courteous, polite and was very friendly. I’m totally happy!!

Comfortable lift chair that meets my needs

The lift chair meets my needs and expectations. It is comfortable in most positions. I wish it had an extension built in for legs so that I could really stretch out. The heating element is good. I have not tried the massage element. As expected the lift mechanism is sturdy and smooth to operate which allows me to bring the chair forward enough to make it easy to exit the chair. The fabric is comfortable and seems quite durable. The cup holders are fine but they slide open when the chair is brought to a position for easily exiting it. Overall it is a good quality product and fairly priced. Walmart ordering and delivery were very good.
