Theyre a little pricey but if you can afford to keep buying these for 10 months or more (if you breast feed you need to continue taking prenatal vitamins during) then their worth it. All natural herb blend safe for pregnancy, mommy and baby, that also helps support digestion (if you were constipated like most women during), also helps against morning sickness. They came with these cute little heart-shapped scent enhancers that add a pleasant fruity smell which definitely helps with our sensitive noses.

I love these vitamins! I've been taking them since before my pregnancy, during, and after while breastfeeding. I'm a RN and love that these vitamins since they have all the essential nutrients for pregnancy. Since taking them I have more energy, better skin, and improved mood. A key factor is the methylated B vitamins (this includes folate). The methylated vitamins are more easily absorbed or bioavailable to your body. When I was pregnant the taste did bother me with my morning sickness but if I swallowed with a sip of juice then I didn't taste it. Overall, for the quality ingredients, the fact that I only have to take these to get all the vitamins and minerals my body needs for me and my baby, and the relatively affordable price, I'm a lifelong customer!
