I tried the wide width

I love TOMS alpargatas! I've always been a solid size 7 and they always feel like slippers. This time, I tried the wide width, as that's usually what I get for other shoes. They felt a little roomy at first, but after spending a full day in them, especially as the weather warms and my feet swell (ew), I'm really glad I have the wide width. I will order the wide width again. Bonus tip: I put deodorant on my feet before I put them on.

This is my 10th pair of Toms

I am a fan of Toms shoes. I got my first pair about 10 years ago. But since then I had a hip replaced and a nerve was severed. Which made me have a drop foot. And my little toe and the two next to it are not real stable anymore. I can wear them comfortably because the fabric is more forgiving than leather is. This latest pair has fleece, so I can wear them without socks in cooler weather. It's almost impossible to be able to reach my foot and wear socks.

These are really cute. I got compliments on them the first time I used them. Dressy enough for work even with the fuzzy lining. A little snug to start but stretched out nicely throughout the day. If I went a size up I feel they would slip after stretching.
