Excellent product, Easy to put together

This product is the best purchase I've made in a long time. I don't generally write reviews, but this item really deserves it. We found out we were having pups only days before. I literally built this together in less than 10 mins while our dog was starting to go into labor. The items were carefully packaged, the instructions very clear and it was a matter of minutes to put it together. The box 28x28 is the perfect size for smaller dogs - she's around 20lbs and she has ample room to move around. At first, I thought the rails were weird but it became very clear why they made them to fit the box - puppies avoid getting squashed and fit nicely under them if need be. I would only change the mat if need be. Our breeder said cotton was more breathable and didn't keep germs like synthetic products do. All in all, well worth the money. Customer communication was clear, shipping to our rural area lightning fast. Don't hesitate. Buy it.
