Expiration Date Disparity

The only thing I didn't like is each carton has the same expiration date! In lot of twelve (12), at least four (4) of those cartons expiration dates should be at the end of the year! Meaning if eight (8) expire 7/2021, then the remaining four (4) should have an expiration date of 12/2021, feel me!

Tastes great on cereal

We need lots of shelf stable things in our house as we live very remotely and winter lasts 8 months out of the year for us. We stock up on these, about 50 of them for the winter and we have plenty of "milk" for our oatmeal and cereals, and even for dunking cookies or just drinking plain. Makes great chocolate milk and hot cocoa, too. This isn't good for mashed potatoes or pudding, though. Use regular milk for that (there are shelf stable cow's milk avail if you are interested).
