I must admit I was a little skeptical at first because of the price but kinda surprised how comfortable these are! the quality also although it doesn't help my pain much since my wrists and hands are broken this is great for the time being keeping my hands steady bc I have to wait a long time to get in to the orthopedic surgeon (been to e.r. just gave me 2 Tylenol and sent me home so I tried all kinds , various brace- like , sports tape, cushioned tape, etc this works good and recommend for not broken but for carpel tunnel is perfect !!

I was diagnosed of having carpal tunnel the braces that they wanted me to use the doctors not so good. I thought it was coming in four pieces. Stupid me never looked at it LOL I got four of these for close to $9 and if you have carpal tunnel they do wonders I'm thinking about ordering some more and yes they work

Easy to use for right or left hand. 4 total, two of ech color. Amazing price. The ONLY problem might be if your hand is large bc it does cause pressure on wrist and thumb. The doc said these are good enough, the metal ones arent necessary for wrist problems, but have found those to be more comfortable at times. At the same time, too much restriction can cause more problems long term, so in that sense, these are better overall. (You might need both types, but start with these and if they dont hurt your thumb and wrist, you wont find better ones esp for the price). Youll use the extras bc they get stinky with a lot of wear and need to be washed.
