1 of 2 mirrors malfunctioning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these mirrors. The “no touch feature “doesn't work very well. One of the mirrors also is not lighting properly already. It is dimmer in the other mirror.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having with this product. Please make sure these are not installed on a dimmer switch and that there is at least 5-1/4" clearance from the IR sensor. If there is adequate clearance, please cut off the power supply from the breaker for about 15 secs, then turn the breaker back on.
