Solid Construction

I have an older similar model Schlage lever handle lock on a door near this new one I just installed. This new one has a slightly thicker handle and "feels better" and is a bit quieter when operating the handle. It also has the "auto-unlock" feature (which operates when the handle is operated on the inside) that I really like which helps prevent being locked out if my keys are still inside. Some reviews I read caused me to wonder about the durability of this new construction. Time will tell, but it seems well made to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bright brash finish matches other door hardware in house. Instructions need to be clearer to indicate that key must be in lock to remove and easily reverse keyed side of latch lever. Functions well.
