Best vitamin ever! I can immediately feel the energy and overall sense of well being taking this vitamin! I took the extra strength women's multi for one month and then changed to the regular women's multi, but man is it amazing!!!!! and I have done AG1, Advocare Spark, Mary Ruth's Original and many others! This one is the best overall for energy and overall feeling of greatness!!!

Womens multivitamin- Effective. Tablet size - too large! I wish the tablets were around the size of the Omega-3 mini capsules. I believe in the nutritional value and will continue to use... just wish tablet size was smaller and easier to swallow.
