very cheaply made toy

bought this tonight for my 5 year old got home put it together and one of the plastic pieces that spin around with the red target on it keeps falling off, the little black figure on the top doesn't fly out, just pops up (sometimes) but never flies out, 25.00 is just too much for what you getting, this toy shouldn't be anymore that 10.00 max, really disappointed with this here and we are going to return it the day after tomorrow.
