I started working out at home during the pandemic and recently decided to add a bench bc my weights needed a friend. I live in a condo and wanted something compact that wouldn't take up much space. This works perfectly. When folded, the bench is smaller than a laid out yoga mat.

So far I am loving the ab machine. I suffered a back injury years ago so laying on the floor doing crunches is brutal.... this machine allows me to work my abs without killing my back. The directions are horrendous and not very clear so strap on your patience while putting together but once assembled its sturdy and efficient. Compact enough to place in corner and not overcrowd my apt. Don't put all the springs on after assembly I suggest one spring on each side and as you build your core muscles I believe adding the next two will eventually be a cinch while working out.
