bb 2050, use within a year of opening if you keep it below 70 degrees, in a canning jar, less than a year if it's warmer storage or opened a lot. it'll last years longer if you use oxygen packets and it's seldom open and under 70 degrees. i have several of their items. not just as a prepper but ounce for ounce. This is the cheaper way to buy groceries, and there's zero waste using exactly how much you want without leftovers and less packaging.

Excellent for throwing into soups and stews. I even used a little boiling water to rehydrate them so I could add them to my tuna salad (I usually chop up celery, onions and carrots to add to tuna and egg salad). What a wonderful time saver. Excellent flavor.
