Better than KA!

I bought this Sunbeam mixer a little over 2 months ago after buying the other well known mixer. That one broke on me within 15 minutes of operation, and I didn't really like the layout. You had to keep stopping and starting the mixer to add ingredients. Well, this Sunbeam mixer is da bomb!! I have been making a ton of bread, cookies, and I haven't even begun to make stuff. BTW, My mom gave me her Sunbeam hand mixer with a stand from the 60's, it sits right next to my new one and it still works like a champ. Save your money and get this mixer.

Ordered this mixer for my wife she says she loves it her other sunbeam mixer she's had for years stripped some gears now she has a new one and her smaller bowl works with the new one. She gave it a good workout for Thanksgiving now Christmas is coming so it will be tested once again 2 thumbs up from this family

So much better than my kitchen aid monster!

I bought this in late Dec after spending an inordinate amount of time mixing a cake with my kitchen aid. For every addition, unlock, stop motor, lift head, scrape bowl for multiple increments of multiple ingredients. I kept thinking, this should not be so time consuming and difficult. Enter SUNBEAM! Like the mixers I grew up with, the beaters are offset. This makes each addition of ingredients a snap! Same with scraping the sides and bottom of bowl for thorough mixing. No need to lift the head or stop the motor. Just add and scrape while it continues to mix. WHAT A TIMESAVER! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! I actually have time to bake now! Oh, and it's also easier to clean; what a bonus!
