Two things sold me on this mount. Rails allow horizontal adjustment to ensure TV is centered no matter where your studs are. Also, the reach is longer than most mounts allowing us to get outside the cabinet we have our TV in. Solid material. Use to sell for $125 so price seems to be dropping.
