First, this washed and dried beautifully. The fabric is soft--it is perfect for a winter in the Dallas area. The fabric is a thinner variety of velour, but soft and supple. It will be perfect for winter wear and looks great. It is very well made--no catches in the zippers in the top. Also, the fabric was correctly cut to all the nap is going the same way.
