came broken in mail didn't work

the electrical didn't connect on the tracks after assembling it my son balled his eyes because we were were both so excited with anticipation and I went to go to the store 45 minutes away which is why I had it delivered and the junkie bums half awake at the counter played stupid and disrespectful and said I had to call customer support because I ordered online in spite of having all documentation so now my son essentially has 2 hot wheels that cost $150 dollars and the rest went in the trash and i have a very bad taste in my mouth
