not for 1-inch straps

Doesn't fit 1 inch belting (or webbing) as advertised. The belting gets scrunched and stuck. The pictures show a side-by-side comparison of the Dritz adjuster (on the left) and another brand I bought locally (on the right). Both claim to fit 1 inch straps, but only the hl one does. Might work for fabric straps or just narrower belting, but I really needed it for 1 inch.

Hi Libby, we're so sorry to hear that our product didn't meet your standards. Please ensure you're following these instructions closely: 1. Work with adjuster right side up; ridges on bar will be up.2. On straight side (A) bring strap end up through first hole and down through middle hole.3. Turn end under and secure by stitching.4. On tab side (B), bring strap end up through middle hole and down through last hole. (Strap end will be on top of strapping).5. Finish strap end by turning under 1/4 inch twice and stitching.
