Nice addition to my exercise program.

I purchased this to use at the Y for silver sneakers . I am physically challenged and this ball is easier for me to grasp and hold on to .I ‘m. working on rolling it with my affected hand ,this will take time , I know . This is larger than ones at the Y . When I master this one I plan on getting the smaller one . It is maybe 90 % full of air. my preference , easier to grasp. no downside That I can see.
