Best Use: 1mL daily serving. Shake well before each use. Remove seal and cap. Push air out of syringe and insert into adapter. Check that adapter is flush with bottle neck. Flip bottle upside down and pull to correct dose. Administer to side of inner cheek. Clean syringe after each use. May be mixed with other liquids and foods. Do not exceed recommended serving.

Our pediatrician recommended magnesium instead of melatonin for our autistic toddler. I have noticed a difference in his sleep since he's been taking it. He's not waking up as frequently. I like that it's got vitamin D in it for the winter coming up! As far as flavor goes, I tasted it and it tastes like a sour-ish fruit candy. I thought it tasted good, but my toddler isn't a fan of the taste.

Good buy may or may not work for everybody
We first bought this when baby was about six months old did not really seem to work at all. Granted he has acid reflux and had colic. Now using the product again every night at one and a half. I'm not sure if that is helping him sleep or if it's his change in napping and daytime routine but magnesium never hurts, and the fact that it's all natural is a major.

If you have trouble getting your baby to sleep, this will definitely help! Just make sure you give it on an empty stomach and then you can feed your baby and he/she will fall right to sleep! I love that this product is safe and uses natural herbs to get the baby to sleep.
