I returned this ring in a box with another ring. They only refunded 1 ring not 2. I have made calls to customer service which they pawn off to the seller. Have not received a call to my satisfaction!

WALMART REFUSED CREDIT ON RETURNED RING

I returned 3 identical rings to Walmart. I packaged 1 ring in a padded envelope and 2 rings with shipping slips in a small box just as I had received 2 of the rings. One would think when the package arrived they would have used the packaging slips to check both rings back into inventory. I hate to think someone in their returns gifted themselves one of my returns. It has been since November I have been waiting for a refund of 169.90.
