My Peanut Allergy Kid All-Time Favorite

My youngest son which is 7 years old now has a serious nut allergy, especially nuts. He tried this meal once and decided it was his all-time favorite. He loves broccoli and cheese anyway, but his favorite part of this dish is the yummy bread crumbs. Everytime I ask him what he wants to eat when I'm unable to cook, of course this is his pick-no questions asked !!! Thank you for sharing this quality meal from your family to ours, and thank you for ensuring it's nut free and free of other ingredients that's sometimes a trigger for kids with allergies and eczema as my son has.

Amazing meal

This has become one of my favorite vegetarian meals. It's much better if you use an oven instead of a microwave. It's delicious and the texture is fresh, not at all mushy like some other brands I've tried. You get a good amount of food in one bowl. I usually can't finish all of it in one sitting and thankfully it still tastes great as leftovers.
