Walmart repeatedly insisted this was a new hoverboard sold and shipped by Walmart. It was delivered today in a brown box from a 3rd party distribution warehouse with a sticker that indicates it's not new at all, it's REFURBISHED. But that is also false, because it's broken and doesn't even turn on! Walmart then proceeded to attempt to coerce me into commiting Insurance Fraud by telling me that Squaretrade is the one who would replace it per my protection plan
