Hmm tastes like candy.. good for you, um Yes!
I hate capsules & pills. I've heard of the benefits of elderberry during the colder months & when around crowds is best to assist to keep the immune system working well. I've made the liquid stuff which is a pain. Came across these & thought why not? When things that are good for you taste like candy… why not! I've been taking these consistently since the holiday season and with the cold weather going on here in Pennsylvania, and I've been pretty healthy to say the least. Which has been great. If you're on the fence, I would suggest give it a try
