So pretty! I love it for working out because the lid flips easily and I don't have to worry about spills. Stays icy cold even when in the car for hours in 100 weather! Great for errands too! Customer service is A+++!

I received this as a gift from someone who ruined my flip top stainless steel by washing it in the dishwasher. I love the artwork, but the design of the cup is the worst. It's incredibly difficult to clean. I can't fit a bottle brush into the cup and down into the corners of the bottom of the cup. There's also a lip where grime from sitting in the sink likes to hide. I usually don't let my Tervis stainless steel sit in the sink, but with kids who are trying to be helpful, it happens on occasion. The flip-top style was so much better. It sealed well and it was just one step. This style feels like more work to get your water. And sometimes the screw lid doesn't line up correctly and it takes multiple attempts to properly seal it. This cup will likely move to the back of the cabinet, only to be used when nothing else is available, and that's a real shame.
