Being a Nurse working the usual 40+ hrs. a week I can't tell you how important this stethoscope is. Great quality. Picks up every little sound when doing everything from lung sounds to assessing bowel sounds. Littman is always worth the money. Coupled my black Littman with an hombre studded embellishment... love it !!!
