I've used both this and midol and this was is a at a great price and does the same thing for me.I suffer from endometriosis and it's super painful so this helps me and I take 2 every six hours as directed.Helps with the severe debilitating cramps 90 percent of the time,sometimes it doesn't depending on severity of my cramps.But it definitely helped and also the bloating and lower back cramps.
