Beautiful rug and great customer service

Beautiful area rug for my family room. The colors are a more muted and less yellow than they appear online (the image on the Safavieh website is closer to actual) which suit my space perfectly. The pile is pretty dense, not super soft, but I expect it'll wear well. And Hayneedle customer service was great in helping me exchange the rug when the size I purchased originally turned out to be too small for the space.

I would purchase this brand of rug again.

The blue wasn't as blue as in the picture. It's more grayish. Still very pretty and very thick pile!

Pretty but sheds!

Nice because it is thick and soft but I have two cats and every morning I wake up and it is full of shedding Maybe if you don't have cats or dogs this would be OK but otherwise it is no good
