[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stunning automatic espresso machine! It fits nicely under the kitchen top cabinet. I was impressed about the convenience of using full automatic express machine- so all you need to do is pour your favorite beans into the machine fill up the water and milk and press the button on the machine! I am glad that I can adjust the height where the espresso is coming out. Although it splashes a bit if you use a cup that is not tall enough. Coffee tastes great and having a milk frother next to it is a huge plus to me-I can enjoy latte or cappuccino without having to prep my milk separately. Milk frother parts are washable so no need to worry about any buildup from the milk. Additionally, touchscreen has a list of indicators that let us know about the status of the machine. The indicators are a list of icons, and the manual book has a reference on what those indicators mean it is pretty straightforward so not difficult to figure it out without manual. On the top of the machine, there's a cup warming zone, which is a nice addition to the machine. One thing that I noticed is it takes about 40 seconds from turning on the power to get ready for a cup of coffee. As soon as I turn the machine, it is starting to run and releases some water to clean the previous use. Last part that I would like to review is cleaning. Most parts are washable, including water, tank, milk frother, drip tray and coffee ground tray. Only thing that is not washable is the grinder, but you can use a cloth to wipe gently. According to the manual, I need to priming the machine before first to use or after 150 cups of coffee or after 2 to 3 months of use. This machine has a long connected tray for water dripping, and coffee grounds. I wish water drip tray can be separated from this long tray so I can just dump the water easily. I enjoy my coffee with milk and one serving of cappuccino, and this machine uses about 70mL of milk. That's perfect size for my cappuccino cup and taste great! If I don't attach this milk tank and the machine on the shows that I can only choose espresso or Americano, which is a good feature to remind me to fill up the milk tank. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the coffee taste and the usability of this machine. It is all-in-one and fully automatic so you can enjoy your coffee with just a single touch of your fingertip !

The TRU All-in One automatic espresso machine was delivered safely and beautifully with protective, yet easy to unbox, packaging. Right off the bat I was impressed with a few aesthetic features-- this includes the metal (not plastic!) drip tray and the simple, sleek, and elegant machine design. The machine fits easily on the counter of my small-ish kitchen but is by no means a mini sized appliance. The initial set up is quick and simple and getting started on your first cup is intuitive and user friendly. When you turn on the machine there's a chime. It's not loud or annoying but you also can't mute it. The touch screen display is beautiful and easy to use. Another feature that I was immediately excited about was the metal espresso cup warmer. This is nifty and something my other (and significantly more expensive), machine doesn't have. It's not necessary but is a great touch if you've got 15 minutes to let the cups heat up. The bean hopper is quite large and the water tank is a decent size. Because of this, you don't have to worry about refilling more than a few times a week. The machine is also very easy to clean (just a tap on the screen!) and I appreciate that you don't have to buy a special brand descaling solution as it plays well with a variety of brands. The machine is not loud (compared to several other brands I've tried). And now for the espresso review! The taste and quality of the espresso is superb. It draws beautifully with crema to boot! I've tried all of the options and particularly enjoy the double cappuccino and the americano. Note: you can adjust the amount of froth by using a knob on the milk frother to customize just to your liking--perfect for those who like less or more than the standard. One thing that I noted is that there's no separate chute for adding ground coffee, so whatever bean is in the hopper is what you'll get until it runs out. For such a competitive price, I'm very impressed with the quality, simplicity, and beauty of this machine. This machine competes very well with my (3X the price) Jura e8. I was wary as I was unfamiliar with the brand but couldn't be more pleased.
